Kijani Massai Dion Burgess - 13/01/2020
Kijani loved doing Random Acts of Kindness for his friends at Bermuda Institute. He would buy lunch for someone as a gesture of kindness, sit with someone who was having a hard day and just quietly listen and offer words of encouragement.
We encourage persons to do a Random Act of Kindness daily, weekly, monthly or yearly in remembrance of Kijani's legacy.
Volunteer to provide a lunch, school uniform, etc. to a student at Bermuda Institute.
Kijani loved photography and was the BI School 'photographer'. He could be found with his camera ready to take a picture. We look to build on this by donating camera equipment to continue his legacy of capturing 'Life at BI' for future generations.
Volunteer to give photography lessons to a student at Bermuda Institute.
Sponsor a child with tuition to a photography class/camp.

The Kijani Dream Award is an annual award for a Grade 12 graduating Bermuda Institute student to pursue their DREAM in Kijani's honor. It is awarded to a student who like Kijani loved to help others, love God and sharing his faith and was passionate about his DREAM and persevered in spite of his learning obstacles.
